Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our research team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health services research and implementation science, with a focus on improving health outcomes.
The role will involve conducting applied health services research, including designing and conducting trials, surveys, literature reviews, and data gathering and recording results using appropriate research methods. The candidate will also participate in conferences and workshops relevant to the project, and assist with the supervision of research students as required.
The Postdoctoral Fellow will be expected to contribute to the growth of our program through participation in Implementation to Impact activities. This includes supporting the development and evaluation of tailored implementation strategies, stakeholder engagement, and dissemination of findings across academic, clinical, and policy settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* PhD in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
* Strong background in health services research and implementation science
* Experience in trial design, survey research, and data analysis
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
