Role Description
Western Landscape Supplies is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee daily sales operations, develop client relationships, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying target markets, cultivating customer partnerships, coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and generating regular sales reports to monitor performance and refine strategies. You will also be instrumental in identifying market trends and opportunities to expand our customer base.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing a sales team effectively.
* Strong leadership, team-building, and coaching abilities to motivate sales staff.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to foster customer relationships and close deals.
* Strategic planning and market research expertise to identify opportunities and develop actionable sales objectives.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales tracking software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge or experience in the landscaping or gardening industry is an advantage.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered.
