THE ROLE:The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) is seeking a motivated IT services professional to join the Global IT Support team. There is one vacancy based in Sydney.This role involves delivering 1st and some 2nd Level technical support for Austrade's ICT network to clients worldwide. Support is provided via phone, email, instant message, and direct contact.
