Position Overview:
Your day-to-day duties will include but will not be limited to:
* Manage day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, and scheduling for the team
* AWARD-WINNING Agent & Team
* Compliance management
* Database and software management
* Fast-paced role Great culture & vibrant team environment
* Preparing and processing Contracts and Form 6's
* Preparing listing kits/ presentations
* Uploading properties online/ some ad writing
* Scheduling OFI times
* Booking print media advertising
* Compiling marketing material and brochures
* Social media management
* Monday - Friday only
What are we looking for?
* 2+ years of prior experience in a similar position (sales administration etc.)
* QLD Certificate of Registration
* High attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Solid written & verbal communication skills
* Corporate presentation
