The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to join our head office team and play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, transactions, and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and staff expenses
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Prepare Fortnightly Payroll for multiple awards
- Prepare Quarterly Superannuation lodgments
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly BAS/IAS & Payroll Tax lodgments
- Support financial processes, identify improvements, and contribute to projects
Requirements
- Proven bookkeeping experience and understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency with Xero, Microsoft Office & Employment Hero
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and interest in continuous learning
- Experience in agriculture & logistics (a plus, not a must)
- Based in WA with the right to work in Australia
- Available to work on-site
