The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proficient in multiple areas of IT, and have experience working with diverse technologies. A strong understanding of network design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance is also essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical design, implementation, and support for end-users, networks, hardware, software, and telephony
- Maintaining documentation of client environments and performing IT audits to ensure adherence to best practice standards and industry compliance
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technician or Field Support role
- Industry-recognised certification within the IT field or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Proficiency in Windows Servers, Hyper-V/VMware, networking, and M365 administration
