About your opportunity: In this position you will * Effectively communicate with clients, carers, CHSP & CACH clinicians and staff, answering client enquiries via the telephone, directing enquiries to the appropriate staff within acceptable time frames. * Maintain a working knowledge of and use office systems including word processing, spreadsheet applications, data base management and record keeping. * Assist in maintaining accurate and appropriate record keeping systems for all relevant client and staff files.
