Property Operations Manager

About this role:
This key position is responsible for overseeing property and business operations within our Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) and other broader Migration Support Programs (MSP). The successful candidate will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services across all locations, contributing to the social and economic wellbeing of refugees and humanitarian entrants.
This role plays a pivotal part in establishing and maintaining robust national systems, infrastructure, and subcontractor arrangements that align with contractual requirements and legislative obligations.
* The position leads the development and implementation of policy, procedures, and operational standards across HSP's service delivery, tenancy and property management, as well as broader business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* National contract management of HSP, ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards through performance monitoring, relationship management, and quality assurance practices.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives, responding to policy and legislative changes, and integrating best practices into HSP delivery.
* Providing strong leadership to national and local teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
Mandatory qualifications:
A clearance to work with Children and a current Driver's Licence is required for this role.
