Award-winning bakery seeking an experienced baker to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced on a daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Participate in the production of high-quality baked goods, including mixing, measuring, and packaging.
* Ensure all products meet food safety and handling regulations and company standards.
* Work closely with the bakehouse supervisor and production manager to achieve daily production targets.
* Supervise and train junior staff members as required.
