Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
* Lead driver teams, manage third-party providers, and oversee escalated customer queries and staff disciplinary matters
* Develop and implement operational strategies to drive performance and profitability
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and develop operational plans aligned with business growth
* Partner with the Operations Director on recruitment, coaching, and performance management
* Set and monitor annual performance goals and deliver timely operational reporting to stakeholders
* Manage fleet maintenance scheduling, rostering, and route planning efficiently
