About the Role
We are looking for a Store Manager who is ready to lead a passionate team at our Cairns store!
Our store leaders are accountable for all aspects of the business and are empowered to treat it as their own. Working closely alongside our retail leadership team, this role is responsible for driving results, coaching, and developing their team, and growing the Skechers brand across Australia & New Zealand!

What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
* The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
* A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
* A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high-performing teams
* Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation
* Own whole-of-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences.
* Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales
* Connect and educate our loyal customers on our world-famous product
Coaching & Leadership
* Coach and develop a high-performance, fun and energetic culture through hands‐on mentoring and on-floor leadership.
* Manage and lead a diverse team to success across various aspects of our stores
Store Operations
* Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins, and opportunities
* Oversee day to day store operations – prioritising and delegating duties as needed
* Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy
* Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
