About the role
We’re currently seeking a proactive Site Administrator to join our team based at East Arm project office. This site-based role is ideal for a motivated, eager‑to‑learn administrator who shows initiative and is keen to build a career in the construction industry.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide high-quality administrative and financial support, playing a vital role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant processing of accounts and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising directly with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve billing and payment queries
* Process supplier invoices and subcontractor claims, ensuring all required supporting documentation is complete and compliant.
* Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date cost tracking registers and spreadsheets to support ongoing financial visibility.
* Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with established procurement procedures.
* Monitor and record delivery dockets and material receipts daily, maintaining clear and reliable registers.
* Compile weekly and monthly project reports, including cost summaries, progress updates, labour hours, and procurement status.
* Providing general administrative support to the site team as required
About You
* Experience in site or corporate administration, ideally within construction, civil or infrastructure projects
* Contract administration or accounts payable experience is highly regarded
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial processing
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient to advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Relevant business or administration qualification (desirable)
