Short-Term Caretaker Position
We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual or couple to provide general upkeep of our club grounds, support venue operations, and maintain the facility's security during a short-term absence.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain lawns by mowing and edging using automatic sprinklers installed
* Ensure the grounds are kept tidy and free of debris
* Empty and sanitise outdoor bins on a regular basis
* Perform light pruning of access-way vegetation to maintain the driveway and parking area
* Secure the clubhouse each evening by locking all doors and windows
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in gardening and maintenance. On-site accommodation benefits are available for this non-paid position.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to commit to approximately **** hours per week
