About the Role
ASC Pty Ltd is responsible for building and sustaining the Royal Australian Navy's Collins Class submarines and delivering their Life of Type Extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, update and maintain project schedules and baselines to ensure timely completion.
* Monitor and control scheduling-related activities from planning through to execution phase.
* Collaborate with stakeholders as required to develop and maintain project schedules and resource allocation.
* Provide regular performance reports, analysis and advice to project stakeholders on schedule integrity.
* Ensure data accuracy in project schedules and integration with master program schedules.
* Maintain key project milestones and identify potential risks to the schedule.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in complex project scheduling using Primavera P6, including baseline management and critical path analysis.
* Proficient Microsoft Excel skills and analytical problem-solving skills relating to cost management, scheduling performance and reporting.
* Leadership and mentoring skills to guide project Schedulers and provide effective communication across multiple projects.
* Understanding of Earned Value Management principles within a program and/or project environment.
* Prior experience with Power BI for project reporting, although not essential.
