About the Role
As part of the Tony White Group, Reef City Motors represents 8 leading brands and proudly serves the Central Queensland area. We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a vibrant and outgoing Service Receptionist to join us.
Our Service Department is a busy, professional environment with a constant flow of guests seeking your help and guidance. Our goal is to provide them with a superior service experience, promptly attending to their requirements in an efficient and courteous manner.
This role will require some Saturday morning work as well as some overtime to meet customers needs.
Successful Candidate
* Happy and bubbly personality
* Customer service experience preferred
* Excellent phone manner
* Ability to work autonomously
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Current Qld Drivers License
Responsibilities and Duties
* Answer and direct all incoming calls in the Service department
* Service bookings and follow ups
* Process and confirm online bookings
* Service administration and clerical duties as required
* Sales based calling using CRM system
