What you’ll be doing
Managing relationships with key partners
Developing strategies and negotiating competitive commercial agreements
Overseeing contract implementation, supplier performance, and compliance
Leading client meetings, site inspections, and account reviews
Analysing market trends to deliver cost savings and improved client value
Supporting a small team and collaborating across operations and sourcing teams
What we’re looking for
At least 5 years’ experience in the travel industry (airline, TMC, or hotel preferred)
3+ years in account management or a customer-facing commercial role
Strong negotiation skills with proven success delivering savings and value
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
A self-starter with commercial acumen and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Willingness to travel
