Qualities we are looking for in a Chef:
* We are looking for someone inspired to deliver quality A la carte culinary experiences.
* Ready to roll your sleeves up, get stuck in and lead by example.
* Understand importance of and demonstrate exceptional customer service.
* Possess empathy and excellent communication skills.
* Confident in your own abilities to work in the kitchen, in the absence of Head Chef.
* Motivated to train team and apprentices.
* Ambitious to progress in your own career, with ongoing training and traineeships.
Experience:
* You'll already have experience of working in a kitchen environment in a similar role.
* Kitchen: 3 years (Preferred)
* Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
