About the Role

Through Halyard Health S&IP, we are expanding into non-acute healthcare environments and looking for a driven, resilient sales professional with a passion for understanding customer needs, developing new business and delivering value to customers.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, ideally in medical consumables or similar
* Proven success in distributor/wholesale channel sales
* Deep understanding of non-acute markets
* A passion to develop new business by being proactive, driven, resilient, and constantly seeking opportunities to deliver value and grow your business
* Strong customer engagement, territory planning, and sales execution skills
* CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and comfort using data to guide decision making
* Tertiary qualifications in business, science, healthcare, or a related field
* Candidates with existing relationships in these non-acute segments will have an advantage however we also encourage experienced candidates who demonstrate a passion for business development and the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving environment, to also apply
* Excellent time management and willingness to travel nationally and occasionally work outside standard hours

* Focus on building customer relationships to gain a comprehensive understanding of non-acute healthcare environments, challenges and priorities for customers in the non-acute sector.
* Differentiate O&M Halyard through service, trust, and clinical value to become a preferred partner.

* Proactively seek out new opportunities, expand contact bases, and increase visibility in the market.
* Partner with distributor networks to grow customer reach and increase market share across product categories.

Functional Excellence
* Manage all aspects of the role efficiently—from customer visits and reporting to CRM updates (Salesforce) and administration.

* Support distributor and customer education with clinical product training, in-use audits, and ongoing support.
* Collaborate with internal team mates to ensure the delivery of impactful customer solutions.
