The Senior Counsel, Employment role will provide legal guidance to the People Team on workforce matters in the Asia Pacific region.
* This involves delivering practical and balanced employment advice on hiring and recruiting, labor relations, investigations, performance management, discipline and termination etc.
* The Senior Counsel will also lead employment litigation with external counsel and proactively monitor legal developments across APAC jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Recruiting: Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies to ensure compliance with labor laws. Coordinate interviews with candidates for senior positions.
