What the role involves
* Leading and supervising small site crews
* Working alongside the team on specialised flooring and remediation works
* Coordinating daily tasks and maintaining site productivity
* Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
We are currently seeking experienced Leading Hands to join our growing team working across epoxy flooring, commercial waterproofing and concrete remediation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role supervising small crews of 2–4 workers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Projects are based in Bunbury and the Perth Metro area, with work across the South West and throughout Western Australia.
Qualifications and experience
* You will ideally have previous experience as a Leading Hand or supervisor, with a trade background or experience running your own business highly regarded.
* Experience in epoxy flooring, waterproofing, concrete repair or similar construction industries will be advantageous.
