About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor (Fixed Plant) to lead and coordinate electrical maintenance activities across the processing plant and associated infrastructure. This hands-on supervisory position plays a crucial role in ensuring equipment availability, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-performing maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the electrical team to drive a strong safety-first culture.
- Plan, schedule and allocate electrical maintenance and refurbishment activities to minimise production impact.
- Oversee contractor works to ensure quality, compliance and cost management.
- Conduct inspections, statutory testing, and high-voltage switching programs.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance strategies in collaboration with mechanical and maintenance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide hands-on support and assist other workgroups as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current “A” Grade WA Electrical Licence (Unrestricted) and In-House Nominee Qualification.
- 10+ years’ experience in electrical maintenance, including high voltage systems.
- Frontline supervisory experience with strong planning and budgeting knowledge.
- Qualifications and experience in HV switching and statutory electrical audits.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Competency working at heights and in confined spaces.
- WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence (unencumbered).
