Office Manager – Ideal for Qualified Plumber
St Marys, SA | Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:00pm
Are you a qualified plumber looking for a change from being on the tools? We're a long-established, family-owned plumbing company (50+ years) looking for an Office Manager who understands the trade and enjoys organising the day-to-day running of jobs.
This is a great opportunity to use your plumbing knowledge in a stable, office-based role.
What you'll be doing:
* Supervising plumbers and apprentices and coordinating daily jobs
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and Ventia
* Answering phones and handling enquiries
* Invoicing, accounts, and general admin
* Using accounting software
* Helping on plumbing jobs including occasional country jobs (1–3 nights away when required)
About you:
* Qualified plumber preferred
* Experience dealing with Ventia preferred
* Organised and good at juggling priorities
* Confident communicator with solid phone skills
* Comfortable using computers and accounting software
* Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
