The Opportunity
We are seeking Enrolled Nurses to support our Rehabilitation Ward at Warners Bay Private Hospital.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills And Experience
Relevant registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
Minimum two (2) years in a postgraduate experience
Enrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV Qualified
Previous experience working in rehabilitation is not essential
Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Ability to work a flexible rotating roster.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $ $ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) [FTE $65, $70,898.88]
