Responsibilities
As an Automotive Service Advisor at RAC Auto Services Rockingham, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting members and promptly addressing their automotive service needs.
* Communicating effectively with members to understand their vehicle concerns and accurately documenting the issues.
* Collaborating with our skilled technicians to provide members with detailed repair and maintenance recommendations.
* Preparing and presenting accurate service estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity.
* Coordinating service schedules and ensuring members are kept informed of progress.
* Maintaining organized records of customer interactions, service history, and transactions.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related customer service role within the automotive industry highly desirable
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage service schedules and member records.
* Member-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
* Familiarity with automotive terminology, maintenance procedures, and common vehicle issues.
* Proficiency in using computerized systems and software for service scheduling and documentation.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
