Our Opportunity
* Permanent full-time position
* Reception-focused role with clinical support as needed
* Late finish Thursdays until 7pm
* Some Saturday shifts required (extra pay)

What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
* Managing appointment bookings and dentist diaries
* Handling phone, email and in-centre patient enquiries
* Processing payments and general administrative tasks
* Supporting chair-side assisting and sterilisation when required
* Maintaining high standards of infection control and compliance
* Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You
* Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (essential)
* Confident working in a reception-heavy role
* Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Reliable, professional and team-focused
* Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
