Initial 12 month contract with likely extension paying from $1,000/day
- Fortitude Valley Location with flexibility to WFH 2-3 days a week

Our client, a large complex organisation within the Utilities sector, are currently seeking a Change Manager for an initial 12-month contract.

The Change Manager will be required to support change across Data Quality Tool and Asset Investment Planning Optimisation solution implementations, so they will need to balance their time across projects and respective stakeholder groups.

**Capabilities**:

- Demonstrated experience in Digital Change Management / Transformation - including supporting uplifts of process, systems and people across multiple stakeholder groups - preferably in an asset centric organisation.
- Active and ongoing participation in meetings and workshops to collaborate with Project Stakeholders and Vendors to understand and plan change management approach for the various phases of multiple initiatives.
- Develop and refine living plans (incl. but not limited to communications, engagement, change management, etc.) that communicate an ongoing understanding of objectives, stakeholders, risks, pain-points and also recommend tactics, able to be implemented to remove risk, friction and resistance and increase likelihood of benefit realisation.

**Capabilities**:

- Define success metrics throughout the various phases of each initiative, measure performance and report against metrics. Adapt plan / tactics, as required.
- Perform stakeholder analysis and engagement, including consulting / interviewing affected stakeholders (various levels - management, functional, technical, etc.).
- Develop effective working relationships with project and affected stakeholders.
- Able to understand complex concepts and produce effective messaging and story-telling, supported by illustrations / graphics - e.g. representing as-is / to-be, user journey maps, user story maps, etc.
- Support test planning for the verification of process, governance and systems and recommend / implement tactics to improve outcomes for affected stakeholders.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of communications, which will include communicating key messages, milestones, and project progress for multiple initiatives.
- Measure awareness and effectiveness of change communications and recommend / implement solutions to improve awareness and effectiveness.
- Perform analysis of training needs and determine ongoing knowledge sharing requirements.
- Lead the design, development and delivery of artefacts to support training needs and ongoing knowledge sharing requirements.
- Measure the effectiveness of training / upskilling of affected resources and recommend / implement tactics to improve outcomes for affected stakeholders.

**Skills and experience required;**
- Demonstrated experience overseeing organisational change management on multiple complex ICT projects (preferably within the utilities sector). Over 3 - 6 years.
- Demonstrated experience with complex problem solving by gathering and analysing appropriate information and influencing others to reach a satisfactory solution within designated timeframes.
- Demonstrated experience in producing high quality documents that meet the criteria specified with project and program management frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience promoting quality systems and changes to systems and management processes, ensuring participation from others.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers on the appropriate level to ensure understanding, providing practical and business relevant advice that meets short
- and long-term needs.
