Sales and Leasing of Commercial Properties
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a commercial property sales and leasing agent. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and maintaining a high presence in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing commercial properties across Ballarat
* Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
* Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, or be willing to study to become a certified agent
* An entrepreneurial and commercially astute approach to business
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
* The willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
