Olley (Medical/Rehab) Ward is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to join our established nursing team.
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing evidence-based nursing care
2. Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team
3. Ensuring patient and staff safety
4. Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members to deliver patient care
5. Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs
6. Enjoying a challenging and rewarding opportunity that promotes work-life balance in a supportive team environment
7. Maintaining current registration with AHPRA
8. Demonstrating a commitment to quality patient care
9. Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
10. Applying sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
11. Exhibiting excellent communication and customer service skills
12. Working well independently and within a team

If successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience, aligned with the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF-ACT Nurse and Midwives' Enterprise Agreement 2022–2025. The salary ranges from $38.72 to $52.32 per hour.
