THE ROLE
We require an experienced Town Planner who is motivated and organized, to join our Sunshine Coast office .
You will be liaising with local and state government authorities as well as other professional consultants such as architects, surveyors, engineers, and environmental specialists. Our projects are located extensively throughout QLD, varying in size and complexity, so you will enjoy a variety of projects.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
PRIMARY DUTIES
Undertake site analysis and research in relation to relevant town planning provisions, development opportunities, and constraints.
Prepare fee proposals and initial town planning advice to a high standard.
Prepare project advice for clients and allied consultants.
Coordinate and prepare high-quality development applications.
Liaising with clients, allied professional consultants, and assessment officers.
REMUNERATION
