Working with independent power producers, investors, and developers, they deliver high-quality operational oversight and performance optimisation for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage assets.
As their portfolio continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a senior leader to take on a critical role: leading operational service delivery, managing key client relationships, and driving internal improvement across systems, people, and performance.
This is a strategic position that blends operational leadership, client management, commercial strategy, and continuous improvement.
About the Role The Head of Operations & Client Solutions will oversee the day-to-day performance of the operations team (including the 24/7 Control Room), take ownership of client relationships, and lead internal initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
You will work across departments to ensure renewable assets are managed safely, effectively, and in line with client expectations, while also acting as a trusted partner to clients and a key contributor to the company's growth strategy.
This is a high-impact role with clear visibility across the business and the market.
