About the Role
ANMAC isseekingan experienced and forward-thinkingInformation and Communications Technology(ICT)Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of technology services across the organisation.

Reporting to theDeputy CEO,this roleis responsible formanaging external ICT service providers,maintainingsecure and reliable digital infrastructure, and delivering technology solutions that support ANMAC's strategicobjectives.

You willlead key digital transformation projects, provide oversight for enterprise platforms (e.g. CRM, HRIS, finance systems), support and train staff, and guide the ongoing development of our website, intranet, and digital workplace.This role is also responsible for overseeing outsourced IT partnerships, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of ICT infrastructure, and driving the development andimplementation of key digital systems and platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, collaborate across teams, and deliver secure, user-focused ICT solutions that enable operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with ANMAC's organisational goals
- Provide oversight of daily ICT operations, including outsourced service provider relationships
- Lead digital platform upgrades and improvements across key systems (CRM, HRIS, finance)
- Manage cybersecurity, data protection, and digital risk in line with compliance standards
- Oversee SharePoint, website, and intranet management
- Coordinate IT budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, and performance reporting
- Deliver user training and build digital capability across the organisation
- Drive continuous improvement through technology that supports accessibility, innovation, and business efficiency
- Support project delivery through technical oversight and stakeholder engagement

WhatWe'reLooking For

- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT management or senior systems roles
- Demonstrated experience managing outsourced service providers and technology vendors
- Strong knowledge ofICTinfrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications
- High-level experience with SharePoint and/or NetSuite
- Understanding of IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with IT project delivery, including system upgrades and implementation
- Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with managing ICT budgets and procurement processes

Selection Criteria

- Proven ability tobuild andalign ICT strategy with business priorities
- Experience delivering secure, scalable infrastructure and enterprise application support
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk mitigation
- High-level experience in SharePoint and/or NetSuite
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Experience managing websites, intranets, and CMS platforms
- Ability to oversee and deliver IT projects ina timely, efficient, and collaborative manner
- Demonstrated capability in training, access management, and user support
- Understanding of privacy, compliance, and digital governance obligations
