HSBC is accelerating plans to transform, building on agility, innovation and customer centricity as we become a bank fit for the future. This role is part of the Marketing function in Australia/ASP Region, reporting into the Marketing Lead for High Net Worth and Affluent.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and support the Customer Life Cycle Management program for the High Net Worth and Affluent vertical - from strategy, planning, through to implementation, results tracking and optimisation. This includes working with internal stakeholders (business, Data & Analytics, etc.) to create and/or refine data driven customer engagement programs focused on increasing activation, usage, engagement and retention (or reduce attrition), to deliver the ideal customer experience and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and support the International proposition (acquisition as well as existing customer engagement) - from strategy, planning, through to implementation, results tracking and optimisation.
- Support Senior Marketing Managers across a range of tasks as required (e.g. project support, reporting, etc.).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (ideally within a Financial Service based institution, or an innovative customer/service based institution).
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent qualification in marketing and/or business studies preferred, and have a penchant for continuous learning.
- Proven understanding of how data and customer insights and plays a role in marketing strategy development and delivery as well as marketing communications development.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and have the willingness to take on a range of tasks beyond this job description.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholder input and sign-offs, and exercise strong negotiation and communication skills to ensure satisfactory outcomes that positively impact customer experience and support business objectives.
