About the role
MSS Security is seeking a professional Concierge Security Officer to serve as the first point of contact, delivering high-quality customer service to our client and visitors. This position involves working Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).
Job Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, assisting with general inquiries and directions.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients and visitors feel welcomed and supported.
* Engage with the public and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
* Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain security and safety across the premises.
Ideal candidates will have
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to report incidents clearly and accurately.
* Confidence to engage with the public and clients.
* A strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service.
Requirements
* Must be an Australian Citizen.
* Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher) and a valid Tasmanian Security Licence.
* Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain).
* Working With Vulnerable People Check.
* Willing to undergo and pass a National Criminal Police Check.
