JRM Hospitality is currently partnering with several highly regarded private households across Melbourne seeking experienced Private Housekeepers for a range of permanent opportunities. These positions are suited to polished hospitality or private residence professionals who understand the standards, discretion, and attention to detail required within high‐end homes. Opportunities range from permanent part‐time positions through to full‐time household support roles across some of Melbourne's most prestigious residential settings. The households we represent are seeking candidates who take genuine pride in presentation, organisation, and creating exceptionally maintained living environments.
Positions include responsibilities such as:
* Full housekeeping and daily presentation of luxury residences
* Laundry, ironing, steaming, wardrobe organisation, and garment care
* Bed making, linen changes, and guest room preparation
* Kitchen detailing, pantry organisation, and appliance care
* Care of premium finishes, furnishings, artwork, and delicate materials
* Managing household consumables and maintaining stock levels
* Running errands and assisting with general household organisation
* Supporting families, principals, and guests with professionalism and discretion
* Working alongside other household staff where required
About You
* Previous experience within private residences, boutique hotels, luxury hospitality, or high‐end housekeeping environments preferred
* Exceptional attention to detail and presentation standards
* Warm, trustworthy, and highly professional nature
* Strong understanding of discretion and confidentiality
* Organised, proactive, and capable of working autonomously
