Location: Cleveland, Queensland (Icon Cancer Centre Redland). Type: Full-time, permanent. Flexible hours available for the right candidate. 
Overview 
Join Icon Cancer Centre Redland as a Radiation Therapist responsible for quality radiation therapy planning and treatment as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist. This is a permanent, full-time role reporting to the Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centred clinical radiation therapy planning and delivery in accordance with safety and quality standards. 
- Maintain high standards of patient care and continually enhance the patient experience. 
- Liaise with multidisciplinary team members to meet patient needs in a timely manner. 
- Demonstrate a strong patient focus and treat all patients and carers with respect, dignity, and equality. 
- Support a high-performance culture that delivers quality patient care through a patient-centric and collaborative approach.

Skills & Experience 
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with internal and external stakeholders. 
- Commitment to delivering high-quality radiation therapy services and adherence to clinical protocols. 
- Understanding of the private healthcare service delivery model. 
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. 
- Current AHPRA Radiation Therapist registration with QLD Radiation User Licence (or ability to obtain).
