About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to become the primary support for all our company's IT needs. Our office is based in Cockburn Central. This role is vital to ensuring that our team operates smoothly by managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure and devices. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, solutions-focused individual to make an impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Act as the main contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely support to staff.
* Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all ICT equipment, including servers, switches, laptops, tablets, and phones.
* Manage MDM for mobile devices and handle office landline extensions.
* Perform software updates and maintenance across devices, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, and liaise with external suppliers as needed.
* Regularly audit and manage IT subscriptions, and order necessary equipment.
* Maintain disaster recovery plans and support data security across all systems.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

To be eligible to be considered for this role, you will:

* Hold a Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
* Possess Australian work rights to be eligible for employment.
* Have a minimum of 3-5 years of IT administration experience.
* Have proficiency in Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, IBM Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Windows Server, IP Rack, LAN/WAN, and mobile device configuration.
* Demonstrate proficiency in the required technologies including Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, IBM Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Windows Server, IP Rack, LAN/WAN, and mobile device configuration.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
* Be available for urgent support outside regular working hours, with allowance provided. i.e. emergency issues
