The Role: We’re seeking an experienced Production / Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of 15–17 staff within a steel processing environment.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring output targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and coordinating a team of 15–17 production staff
* Managing workflow, output, and daily production schedules
* Driving safety, quality, and efficiency across the floor
* Troubleshooting production issues and supporting the team
* Liaising with management on performance and improvements
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–5+ years’ experience supervising teams
* Background in manufacturing, production, or steel environments
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
* Hands-on approach with a team-first attitude
