The Role This is a newly created Full Stack Developer position focused on helping the business bring more ownership, agility, and innovation internally. Working closely day-to-day with the CEO, you will play a key role across a range of digital initiatives spanning front-end development, back-end systems, process automation, and business improvement projects. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end applications across the business Contribute to website redevelopment and broader digital transformation initiatives Support the implementation of modern business tools, automation, and AI-driven workflows Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for system and process improvement Collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions to gather requirements and deliver solutions Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation Requirements: 3-5 years' experience across Full Stack Development within varied technical environments and tech stacks such as .NET, C#, React, Java.
