Customer Service Representative – Fashion Head Office
Looking to take your retail experience to the next level? Join a thriving online fashion retail group representing multiple Aussie brands. This is your opportunity to step into a head office role where you\'ll be the voice of our brands—supporting both online and in-store customers across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
* Responding to customer emails and inbound phone calls
* Managing customer enquiries and feedback – from compliments to complaints
* Liaising with warehouses and logistics partners (e.g. AusPost, AfterPay)
* Processing order amendments and gift card maintenance
* Supporting Shopify and Magento platforms (training provided)
* Maintaining marketplace integrity and resolving issues
* Working with internal systems such as Zendesk and AP21
* Experience with Zendesk and AP21 is highly advantageous
* Previous experience in a customer service or fashion retail setting in an office environment
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written & verbal communication
* Friendly, calm, and solution-focused – even during peak seasons
Qualifications
* Experience with Zendesk and AP21 is highly advantageous
* Customer service or fashion retail experience in an office setting
