About The Role
Join the health team at Port Augusta Prison and deliver respectful, person centred care in a unique secure setting. You'll support Registered Nurses, manage day to day clinical care and build trusted patient relationships while maintaining safety, quality and professional standards.
Key Duties
Deliver safe, person centred nursing care within scope
Assess patients and complete routine clinical procedures
Plan and prioritise care under RN direction
Monitor health status and escalate clinical concerns
Maintain accurate records and follow policy and standards
About You
You bring the right mix of registration, practical skill and personal approach to deliver safe, respectful care in a secure health setting.
Registered or eligible Enrolled Nurse with NMBA practising certificate
Experience delivering nursing care to professional standards
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Confidence to prioritise care and escalate clinical change
Team focused, person centred and aware of EN scope and standards
