Position
In the role of Business Banking Manager 3, Kingaroy QLD, you will lead a high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. Responsibilities
* Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
* Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
* Identify new referral opportunities.
* Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
* Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
* Manage day-to-day compliance requirements.
Qualifications
* A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
* A genuine passion for customer service.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB\u2019s values and behaviours.
* Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
