Project Leader
A leading contractor seeks an experienced Project Leader to deliver complex projects.
This individual will oversee project management and delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and risk minimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects at various stages of construction.
* Oversee financial management, planning, and programming on all projects.
* Conduct regular programme and internal project audits.
* Resolve disputes between clients and subcontractors.
* Review and improve construction methodologies.
* Manage subcontractors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or similar.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in the construction industry.
* Experience with Revit.
* Construction Safety Induction (White) card.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with Procore Software is desirable.
* Strong analytical skills and administrative focus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
