Find your future with us.We are seeking a motivated Quality Manager to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing site located in Port Melbourne in a full-time permanent capacity.In this role you will lead and manage a team responsible for supporting all aspects of the Quality Management and Production System success.You have responsibility for defining and executing strategic plans for the assigned quality department, staffing and provide direction to functional quality personnel.Position Responsibilities:Lead, develop and motivate a diverse team of up to 25 Manufacturing Quality Engineers within a cross functional environment to achieve first time qualityDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers and stakeholders at all levels across the businessExecute business plans, policies, procedures and organizational strategies to achieve company prioritiesDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiencesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):Experience working in in a complex, highly regulated quality environmentProven ability to lead a diverse, multidisciplinary teamRelevant Tertiary qualification is advantageousProven skills with proactive problem solving and auditingLean / Six Sigma working knowledgeAbility to effectively prioritise and time manage in a dynamic environmentStrong written/verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence othersFlexibility to work shifts when requiredApplicants must have unrestricted full-time working rights in AustraliaAdditional InformationThis is a non-Enterprise Agreement IJC JACVMK position and remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience.
