About the role
Ramsay Pharmacy is seeking a talented and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Warringal Private Hospital. As a Pharmacist at Ramsay Warringal, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication review, counselling, and monitoring
* Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes
* Maintain detailed records and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines
* Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry changes
What we're looking for:
* Registered Pharmacist with a current registration to practice in Victoria
* Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
* Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Passion for the pharmacy profession and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
