About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to lead the engineering assessment of development applications within the Ripley Valley Priority Development Area.


Main Responsibilities:

* Provide expert engineering advice and decision-making on complex development applications.
* Carry out engineering assessments of highly complex Ripley Valley PDA development applications, including large subdivisions, material change of use, operational works, and compliance assessment applications.
* Co-ordinate with other engineers, planners, and external project partners to ensure successful outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in civil engineering or a related field from a recognised university or other tertiary institution, and a current Queensland C class driver's licence. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
