Cook
Overview
As a Cook, you will support the kitchen team by preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with consistency and care. You'll follow recipes and instructions provided by the Chef or Head Chef, ensuring food is produced to the required standard.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes as directed.
* Assist in food prep across different sections.
* Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
* Keep your station clean, organised, and ready for service.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant preferred.
* Basic knowledge of cooking methods and food safety.
* Ability to work in a team and take direction.
* Reliability and enthusiasm for food and service.
Chef
Overview
As a Chef, you will bring creativity, precision, and efficiency to all areas of the kitchen. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes across all services.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes across multiple sections.
* Assist in menu development and specials.
* Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.
* Support and train junior team members.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
* Broad knowledge of cooking methods and cuisines.
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Chef de Partie
Overview
Responsible for managing one specific section of the kitchen, you'll ensure that all dishes leaving your station are of the highest quality and meet our standards.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your section.
* Supervise and mentor section staff.
* Maintain stock levels for daily service.
* Keep your station clean and organised.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
* Expertise in your section and a passion for great food.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Breakfast Chef
Overview
As a Breakfast Chef, you will take ownership of our morning service, preparing fresh, delicious breakfast dishes that set the tone for the day.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook breakfast menu items to order.
* Ensure all dishes are served promptly and meet presentation standards.
* Maintain prep levels and manage stock for breakfast service.
* Keep your section clean and ready for the next service.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role.
* Ability to work early mornings and manage breakfast service independently.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
