Job Description
Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Process and manage payroll, ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations and timely payments.
Reconcile financial transactions, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and compliant with standards.
Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and distribution statements.
Oversee the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and ensure accurate lodgement with relevant authorities.
Assist with tax filings and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
Handle financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and investments.
Liaise directly with clients to address financial inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Collaborate with the accounting team to support overall financial operations and reporting.
Maintain accurate records of all AP, AR, payroll, BAS, and financial activities.
Ensure strict compliance with fiduciary duties, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.

Enthusiastic about supporting clients in achieving their financial goals.
Positive attitude and a team player, able to collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 AUD based on experience.
