**About the Role**
We are currently looking for two Settlements Officers to join us at an exciting time of fast-paced growth This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career at BOQ, meet new people and join a motivated team of professionals
As Settlement Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring new business finance sourced via the network is correctly recorded and reviewed for settlement, all in accordance with customer needs, legal requirements, and policy & procedures. This role will suit an individual with demonstrated experience working in administration roles requiring a high level of attention to detail, compliance, and process coordination.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manually record all new business requiring documentation to be prepared correctly recorded on the required platforms.
- Ensuring transactions are documented in accordance with customer needs, legal requirements and in line with Policy and Procedure.
- Complete tasks within Service Agreement time frames.
We are looking for 2x individuals to join us - one on roster A and one of roster B.
- Roster A: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- Roster B: Tuesday - Saturday, 8.30am - 5pm
**About you**
Your success in this role will rely on your positive, can-do attitude, your ability to learn quickly and your tech savviness. You enjoy working in a social team environment, have effective communication skills and have strong ability to interact and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including external dealer contacts.
You are someone who understands the importance of compliance, have high attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work autonomously on tasks without supervision. You are willing to help colleagues solve complex tasks and are prepared to take initiative and help with achieving team goals.
