Role Description
As the Sales Manager at Savic Motorcycles, you'll take the lead in driving sales performance and shaping our customer journey. You'll not only manage your own pipeline of riders (from first touch to delivery) but also help establish the sales processes, reporting rhythms, and best practices that will scale our business as we grow.
This is a pivotal role in our Customer Success team. You'll combine hands-on selling with strategic input: refining how we qualify, nurture, and close deals; ensuring HubSpot is our single source of truth; and mentoring other consultants to lift performance. You'll also represent Savic Motorcycles at events, building relationships with prospects, customers, and the wider riding community.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the customer journey for your leads: from first enquiry through to delivery of their motorcycle.
* Proactively identify sales opportunities and drive them to contract, exceeding revenue targets.
* Shape and refine sales processes, cadences, and CRM best practice in HubSpot.
* Analyse pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimise campaign follow-up, customer comms, and event activity.
* Provide leadership and mentoring for other sales consultants, sharing techniques and supporting development.
* Represent Savic Motorcycles at test ride days, brand activations, and events (monthly travel required).
* Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting for leadership, ensuring transparency on performance and pipeline health.
* Be a trusted ambassador for Savic Motorcycles, delivering a premium customer experience that reflects our brand.
* Scale the Sales/Customer success team with the Chief Growth officer as the business grows - significant personal and professional growth opportunities.
About You
* 7+ years' proven sales experience in a consultative, high-value product or lifestyle brand environment (automotive, EV, luxury goods, or tech a plus).
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with confidence handling end-to-end sales cycles.
* Experience setting or refining sales processes, with deep CRM discipline (HubSpot expertise highly valued).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
* Data-driven mindset: able to interpret pipeline metrics and translate them into action.
* Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative to improve systems and outcomes.
* Willingness to travel interstate for events and activations.
* Passion for motorcycles, EVs, or disruptive tech is a strong plus.
* Must have rights to work in Australia.
