What you’ll do: Support the development and implementation of technical and engineering solutions under the direction of senior project staff. Provide timely technical input, reporting, and recommendations to assist with risk mitigation, environmental management, and project goals. Contribute to the preparation of clear project specifications and documentation, facilitating effective engagement with consultants and contractors. Coordinate with suppliers and design teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, technical standards, and environmental assessments. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with scope, specifications, and quality standards, and assist with commissioning, testing, and handover processes. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree or higher tertiary institution in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar), or demonstrated equivalent relevant experience. Experience in executing and overseeing site activities for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Experience collaborating with stakeholders to assess, resolve, and implement technical solutions on-site. Ability to identify and address technical challenges by evaluating and supporting the implementation of appropriate solutions Experience interpreting and applying technical specifications, reviewing engineering designs and drawings, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in construction and site operations. Knowledge of assets relevant to WaterNSW core asset base such as dams, water regulating structures, bridges roads, canals, embankments, buildings and cranes etc. Current NSW Drivers Licence.
